Mr. Rupesh Khanvilkar began his professional journey in 2001 in the pharmaceutical equipment industry, starting at the grassroots level as a workshop technician. During his early years, he gained hands-on experience in manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly of pharmaceutical equipment, building a deep practical understanding of process requirements and industry standards.

Through dedication and technical excellence, he progressed to the role of Design Engineer, contributing to equipment development and process improvements. He further advanced into Planning and Project Coordination, followed by responsibilities in Installation and Site Execution, ensuring successful commissioning of critical systems. Later, he expanded into Marketing and Business Development, gaining valuable exposure to customer requirements, project management, and industry networks.

With comprehensive experience across the entire value chain — from manufacturing to customer engagement — Mr. Khanvilkar founded the company in 2008, focusing on valves, casters, and pharmaceutical piping equipment solutions. Since then, he has led the organization’s growth, expanding capabilities into pharmaceutical, data centre, and industrial sectors while maintaining a strong focus on quality, reliability, and innovation.

He continues to guide the company’s vision toward strengthening infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and building a robust platform that supports future growth, innovation, and scalability, with a commitment to taking the organization to the next level.
